Institutional Solutions structures complex fund and capital markets solutions for Financial Institutions. We are at the core of 'disintermediation', which means connecting clients and investors without the use of the bank's balance sheet.

Capital Structuring & Advisory:
Our Capital Structuring & Advisory team assesses funding profiles of our clients, often in conjunction with a strategic event (e.g. M&A transaction, large investment, upcoming maturity of a large debt instrument or restructuring). Additionally, Corporate Lending is responsible for day-to-day management of the lending portfolio and maintains an active relationship with our clients in order to quickly respond to their requests, but also to closely monitor their performance. To this end, the teams within Corporate Lending are sector oriented, ensuring an optimal use of our sector knowledge and experience.
