Formers Intern’s Experience (Anne van Pul)
The ITP teams is a group with loads of experience, knowledge and a go getter mentality. The ITP itself has gone through a ReDesign to make it more future proof and everyone within ING shares that vision. Next to that, I worked here during the pandemic and the team was very flexible in the whole Hybride mode of working. There is a scrum board and many meetings to get you up to speed. Whenever I saw something interesting I could just emerge myself into it and help out wherever it was needed. Everyone in the team and also within ING is happy to help you out. Project that I did diverged from analyses of processes, Job Description building to writing communicational pieces for the trainees. I really enjoyed the team and my time at ING.
