Customer Journey Intern @Yolt

We created Yolt because we want to give everyone the power to be smart with their money. We are challenging the status quo of money management and making it effortless and fun! We are part of a team that operates in a unique space on the boundaries of a large multinational bank (ING) with an entrepreneurial attitude of a start-up and offices in Amsterdam and London.

We are now focusing on scaling Yolt, developing and maintaining the great relationship with our vastly growing community of users so that we can continue to improve our app and give Yolt users the best experience possible.

** This internship will start November 1st for a duration of 6 months (full time - 36 hrs/ week).

What you will be doing as a Customer Journey Intern:

In order to support our vision we are looking for an intern who is eager to contribute to this amazing journey. It will be an intensive learning opportunity to be part of introducing Yolt in various countries and adding new exciting functionalities like payments. As an intern at Yolt, you will feel as an indispensable part of the team with an impactful role and never a boring day at the office!

More specifically, you will:

  • Support Yolt roll-out to various European countries which contains the angles of product, legal and user engagement. Co-lead the implementation of a fully compliant digital on-boarding for UK, Italy, France and all new countries.
  • Co-create the payment strategy for Yolt, develop new customer journeys based on user feedback and support the implementation of diverse features like peer-to-peer payments, split the bill, etc.
  • Monitor & expand the payments roadmap based on data reports and user feedback to reach the set targets.

You will be working in the Yolt Amsterdam office as a Customer Journey Intern within 2 multi-disciplinary feature teams developing the product and in close cooperation with the Marketing team located in the UK.

What we are looking for in a Customer Journey Intern:

  • Graduating from MBA with a strong focus on Strategy
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) – Italian or Frech are appreciated
  • Available for a 6-month internship, full time(36 hrs/week)
  • Experience with marketing, strategy and product development
  • Experience with customer research & agile scrum
  • Hands-on/ can-do attitude
  • Flexibility
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen and fast learner who is willing to go the extra mile
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and take ownership of their tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of humor!
