We created Yolt because we want to give everyone the power to be smart with their money. We are challenging the status quo of money management and making it effortless and fun! We are part of a team that operates in a unique space on the boundaries of a large multinational bank (ING) with an entrepreneurial attitude of a start-up and offices in Amsterdam and London. Our current challenge is to scale our solution, build an engaging relationship with the users of the app and keep on developing the product based on feedback and the ideas we get from our customers. We are a small, dedicated team of highly skilled people who work hard, fast and never forget to celebrate our successes.

What you will be doing as an HR Intern:

Since we formed Yolt, we have always strongly supported taking on interns onboard as we are extremely keen on passing on knowledge, training and coaching but also, helping form the professionals of tomorrow’s job market. As an intern at Yolt, you will feel as an indispensable part of the team with an impactful role and never a boring day at the office!

  • Actively participate in recruitment process by facilitating interviews, handling applications, performing screening calls with candidates from different locations and managing candidate communication.
  • Take part in building our employer brand and providing top-notch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing onboarding process for new hires.
  • Help us build our HR strategy from the ground up in key areas by developing processes and offering consult and insights.
  • Help us keep the Yolt team close together by organizing company events and team building activities.
  • Be partly responsible for facility management in helping us build an office where everyone is happy to work in!

    What we are looking for in an HR Intern:

  • Graduating from Bachelor’s or Master’s with a focus or interest in HR
  • Available for a 6-month internship, full time(36 hrs/week)
  • Enthusiastic, positive, down to earth attitude
  • Knows how to connect with people and is keen on building relationships
  • Keen and fast learner who is willing to go the extra mile
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and take ownership of their tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of humor!
  • Fluent in English (other languages including Dutch are appreciated but not mandatory)
