What are we looking for?

ING is looking for a business analyst for a full time project in Diversity & Inclusion programme in Global HR based in Amsterdam. In this role you work closely with the Project Manager of the Diversity & Inclusion. The focus of the team is to implement the agenda as part of the Think forward Strategy and ensure ING is at the forefront of D&I trends. The assignment starts for a minimum of3 months, with possible extension

Key responsibilities
The main focus of this position is on developing the framework and conducting the analysis of data that are required to design and develop D&I programs. You are responsible for analysing, capturing and writing detailed reports. Meaning to translate data into meaningful information to provide project recommendations. Preparing report of the analysis results. Maintaining data quality and conduct exploratory analysis. Providing support towards structuring and execution.
Developing a day-to-day working relationship from colleagues from other departments , in an international environment and build relationship with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds. You can translate opportunities and pain points into detailed requirements
This is a crucial role, because you’re in the driver’s seat to help our projects to deliver business value.
Your analysis will lead to a carefully considered project recommendations for the implementation of the project deliverables that enables to meet the ING Global Diversity & Inclusion practices.

Knowledge and experience
You have a university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration. You have an interest in financial services, an innovative take on banking and an unconditional drive to turn your ideas into reality. .
As a student you have gained (international) experience through various extracurricular activities.

•Ability to effectively break down requirements and translate to appropriate-sized epics and user stories.

Who are you?

You have the ability to integrate classical analysis approaches in a dynamic team and demanding stakeholders and programme participants. The job requires independence and initiative but also working together as a team. This means that you must be able to prioritize and know how to ingrate tasks.
