As the interest and client base of professional investors in impact investing is growing, Triodos Investment Management is looking for an entrepreneurial, relation oriented co-worker to fulfil the position of Senior RFP specialist (32-40 hours a week). 

The position is based in Zeist, The Netherlands. Applicants must be nationals of a European member state or have a valid work permit for the European Union. 

The Business Development & Investor Relations Team is responsible for building and developing the relationship with investors, ranging from institutional investors, family offices and foundations to private banks and distribution partners. The goal is to broaden and build a joint and long-term international network of committed impact investors. The team of Business Development & Investor Relations (including Client Services) coordinates all aspects of the relationship with investors; they manage introductions at the right level, support and guide the fundraising processes for new and existing funds, facilitate the finalization of investments and service the post-investment information supply, coordinate roadshows and due diligence visits. The team works closely with other departments (Marketing & Communication, Product Management, Finance & Control and Legal & Compliance), the Investment teams and the Management team of Triodos IM. 

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate and produce accurate, timely ‘Requests for Proposal’ and ‘Requests for Information’ questionnaires for institutional and retail business according to internal brand/style guidelines and compliance regulations
• Complete ad-hoc questionnaires and surveys for industry publications
• Coordinate information requests and participate in various ad-hoc projects
• Liaison with relationship and Investment managers and with legal, marketing, product management and risk management departments to improve RFP answers, ensure key messages are consistent and represent the company's capabilities at all times
• The questionnaire database is kept up-to-date, accurate and quality is continually improved
• Assist in regular completion / review of consultant databases
• Maintain standards of excellence: attention to detail; takes thorough approach working on tender documents and other literature

Your profile

• Strong connection to the mission of Triodos Bank
• Solid investment knowledge covering equities, fixed income, Private Equity and alternatives
• Experience in RFP writing in financial industry/ asset management
• Excellent time management skills required to ensure completion of multiple proposals within tight timeframes
• Ideally hold the IMC and/or studying towards the CFA qualification
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial industry
• Strong written and verbal English language skills, additional languages are preferred
