You and your job

Main objective within FEC (Financial Economic Crime) Change & BI, for which the Lead Change & BI is accountable, is to enable our global departments within FEC to pursue the FEC strategy.

The Change & BI team is part of FEC Global Change, Process & Learning (CP&L). FEC Global CP&L aims to contribute to the realisation of FEC’s strategy by implementing and maintaining the FEC Learning vision and have oversight on process, change and MI/BI management all with the purpose of preventing FEC. Additionally supporting FEC teams with project and change management activities.

The Lead Change & BI is a member of the Global FEC Change, Process & Learning team, reports hierarchically to the FEC Global Head CP&L and leads the Change & BI team.

  • Deliver portfolio management framework in connection with Strategy and Governance. 
  • Setting up a global reporting framework and oversight.
  • Enabling project & change management activities.
  • Embedding the Global role.
  • Steering of a change team, responsible for portfolio, project and change management and reporting.  

Furthermore, the department has an oversight role on the Global FEC Domain which entails monitoring, reviewing and assessing implementation.

Top responsibilities

  • Guiding, advising and acting as sparring partner for senior management.
  • Oversight and coordination on Global Reporting.
  • Setting up and further developing the Project Portfolio Management capability including reporting.
  • Oversight on monitoring, reviewing and assessing the implementation and effectiveness of several used methodologies (e.g. LEAN). 
  • Enabling project & change management activities.
  • Managing, coaching and developing a high performing team.

You and your talent

  • WO/Master working and thinking level
  • Professional with academic credentials and 7-15 years of relevant working experience within financial services.
  • Appropriate FEC skills and expertise: legal and regulatory framework knowledge, implementation of FEC policies, controls and procedures.
  • Experience in working with regulated banking environment.
  • Sufficient knowledge and understanding of FEC risk associated with business and organizational model of Rabobank.
  • Managerial experience in complex banking or financial services and experience in managing teams
  • Experience with IT developments and innovation in the field of FEC is a plus 
  • Proven stakeholder management experience on C or C-1 level
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Dutch. 
  • Essential skills: change agility, decision making, data insights, professional collaboration.

This is what we offer you

  • Salary between €8,266 and €11,808 gross per month (SKA scale, grading depending on knowledge and experience). In addition to a 13th month and 8% holiday pay.
  • An extra budget of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • A combination of working from home and at the office.
