Top 3 responsibilities

• Responsibility for the full development process, from requirements to the (continuous) delivery pipeline, up to running in the production environment. 
• Focusing on realising business requirements but also take operational and continuous delivery requirements into account, such as security, maintainability and test automation. 
• As one of the senior developers of your squad you are used to taking the lead, giving feedback and continuously look for the best solution.

You and your talent

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a .NET developer, with proficiency in C# and a strong grasp of .NET 6 and higher, complemented by experience in ASP.NET Core. 
• Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault, with a preference for candidates holding Azure Developer Associate certification or equivalent knowledge of Azure Entra ID. 
• Software Development: A solid understanding of architecting and developing maintainable and scalable software, applying OOP principles, SOLID, DDD, and design patterns. 
• Database Proficiency: Experience with SQL, specifically SQL Server, and adept at using ORM tools like Entity Framework. 
• DevOps and Automation: Familiarity with build automation using Azure Pipelines, YAML, Azure CLI, and version control systems like Git within Azure DevOps environments. 
• API and Security: Capability in developing Web APIs, using Swagger/REST, implementing OAuth, and setting up Azure App Registrations. 
• Testing Skills: Proficient in unit testing, TDD, and using mocking frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with Dutch being a nice addition. A proven track record in international IT projects, embracing Agile methodologies, and the ability to work proactively and analytically in a team setting.

• Advanced Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure Databricks is advantageous. 
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python is considered a plus. 
• Architectural Design: Experience with Microservices architecture will be beneficial. 
• Database Diversity: Knowledge of NoSQL solutions, such as Cosmos DB or Neo4j, is desirable. 
• Sector Experience: Prior involvement with finance or banking systems and processes would be valuable. 
• API Management: Experience with API gateways is a welcome addition. 
• Behavioral Testing: Familiarity with Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) tools like cucumber or SpecFlow is helpful. 

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between €4.292,- and €6.130,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week). 
• 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December. 
• an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out. 
• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,- 
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance. 
• a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week. 
• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance. 
• Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
