Together with your squad you are responsible for changing and running the Pega solutions you deliver. This requires a specific and challenging mind-set: the ability and willingness to have responsibility for the full development process, from requirements to the (continuous) delivery pipeline, up to running in the production environment. You do not only focus on realising business requirements but also take operational and continuous delivery requirements into account, such as security, maintainability and test automation.

You and your job
You will be closing the gap between the business and the Scrum team. You will be involved in discussions with business partners, with the aim of formulating the desired changes to our applications. You also inform the business about what is and is not possible and you instruct the Scrum Team about what needs to change. In addition, you help divide the 'change' into manageable task packages and coordinate your plans with architects and other teams.
